Digital Marketing Specialist

1. Job description

• Creates digital marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules on various channels such as Facebook, Google, Youtube, Telegram, Twitter, etc. to align with business goals.
• Conceptualize, plan, and deliver all social media content on all active channels, including a well-articulated approach for growing followers, engagement, and traffic.
•  Use web analytics software to Manage and optimize website performance (Google Analytics, Google Console)
• Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies
•  Regularly analyze, control cost and optimize the results of implementing Digital Marketing campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in digital ads, website management, social media….

2. Job requirements

• 3+ years of experience and proven record of successfully planning & running digital advertising, social media campaign across multiple platforms, either agency or brand side (e-commerce experience a strong plus).
•  SEO & SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across search engines.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, social audiences and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios with creativity.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills including a strong understanding of online marketing metrics.
•  Experienced in funnel optimization and customer journey
•  Knowledge and experience in using marketing automation platform is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• The ability to work independently, but thrive in a fast-paced environment.
•  Business savvy and ability to multitask are essential. Flexibility to adjust quickly to changes and deliver on deadline.
