Now, we’re looking for a Marketing Lead who wants to build, not just execute. He/she will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and monitoring all marketing aspects to increase Ekotek brand awareness, credibility and generate qualified leads.
1. Job description
Marketing Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement annual and quarterly B2B marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Prioritize activities that directly support Sales and lead generation.
- Track key marketing metrics and report performance to management.
Website, Corporate Profile Management & Sales Enablement Support
- Ensure Ekotek’s website and company profile, case studies remain professional, updated, and aligned with target markets.
- Work with external vendors if needed (design, SEO, etc.).
- Support email marketing campaigns targeting specific industries or markets.
- Assist Sales with content preparation before major events or client meetings.
Digital Marketing & Content
- Manage SEO strategy and coordinate content production (blog posts, landing pages, social posts).
- Maintain active and professional presence on key channels (especially LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Support lead nurturing campaigns in collaboration with Sales.
Events & Industry Engagement
- Support participation in & organizing industry events, webinars, and conferences.
- Coordinate marketing preparation and follow-up activities.
Brand & PR Support
- Increase brand awareness through selective PR activities, awards, and review platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Employer Branding Support
- Collaborate with HR on employer branding campaigns to attract tech talents.
- Support content and campaigns aligned with recruitment needs.
Team Management
- Lead and coordinate a small marketing team (2–3 members).
- Allocate tasks effectively and ensure timely execution.
- Continuously improve marketing processes and efficiency.
2. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing (experience in IT outsourcing, SaaS, or technology services is highly preferred).
- Practical experience in executing multi-channel B2B marketing activities, including: Content marketing, SEO, LinkedIn/social media marketing, Email marketing, Event/webinar coordination
- Experience supporting Sales with marketing materials (company profile, pitch deck, case studies, etc.).
- Familiarity with website management and coordinating with designers/developers.
- Working knowledge of SEO and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs or similar).
- Experience using CRM or marketing automation tools (HubSpot or similar is preferred).
- Ability to track key metrics and evaluate marketing effectiveness.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills (especially for B2B content and materials).
- Good project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage and guide a small team (2–3 members).
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and improve continuously.
3. Benefits
- Salary: Negotiable according to candidate's ability and experience, 2 months probation with 100% salary, after probation pay insurance according to salary level.
- Participating in PTI health insurance package when working full 6 months officially.
- Performance review twice a year, based on work performance and company’s performance;
- Working time: 8h/day from Monday to Friday.
