Job title: Growth Marketing Specialist – Salary Range $600-$1500 We are looking for a tech-savvy Growth Marketing Specialist to support the expansion and growth of our new platform related to NFT/blockchain

1. Job description

• Create, execute and experiment with user acquisition campaigns to drive sustainable users growth and maintain retention
• Identify and nurture user growth within user community and among key influencers across social platforms.
• Work with cross-functional team (Product, Services, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support aggressive growth targets
• Work closely with digital, content and community team to continuously improve results of marketing campaigns across channels.
• Provide insights into all sales & marketing activities through rigorous data analytics and insightful understanding of our customers
• Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level.

 2. Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Growth marketing with proven achievements in user acquisition, preferably in a start-up environment.
• Deep understanding of marketing and growth analytics, growth hacking, E-commerce, or digital products
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Email marketing, or, other Social Media Management Systems, marketing automation
• Ability to deliver reporting and insights that drive strategy and decisions, as well as provide guidance on success/failure metrics.
• Background in digital marketing and engagement in the blockchain, crypto community is a strong plus
• The ability to work independently and as a team, and accept working under high pressure
• Proficiency in English is a must.

• Salary: Negotiable according to candidate's ability and experience, 2 months probation with 100% salary, after probation pay insurance according to salary level.
