Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager Assistant (AMA) to support our Japanese clients. You will work closely with the Account Manager and Project Teams to ensure smooth communication, client satisfaction, and project success. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong Japanese communication skills who want to work in a fast-growing tech environment and gain cross-border business experience.

1. Job Description

• Assist Account Managers in handling Japanese clients
• Join and interpret client meetings (online/offline)
• Translate business and technical documents (JP-VN/EN and vice versa)
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and project reports
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients
• Provide general administrative and communication support as needed

2. Job Requirements

• Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N1 (mandatory)
• Experience in IT, outsourcing, or consulting is a plus (not mandatory)
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Proactive, responsible, and client-oriented mindset
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.
• Willingness to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
• Based in or willing to relocate to Hanoi, Vietnam

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with Japanese clients in a business setting
• Understanding of software development or IT project workflows
• Business-level English or Vietnamese

• Salary: Negotiable according to candidate's ability and experience, 2 months probation with 100% salary, after probation pay insurance according to salary level.
