1. Job Description

• Develop new clients in the Japanese market (IT outsourcing, Blockchain, AI, DX-related services)
• Identify customer needs and propose optimal solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and deliver presentations
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, secure repeat business
• Research and analyze market trends and competitors
• Collaborate and coordinate with Japanese managers and the Vietnam development team

2. Job Requirements

• Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 or equivalent business-level Japanese
• University degree (any major; business or IT-related majors preferred)
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, or international business
• Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Work or internship experience with Japanese companies
• Sales or marketing experience in the IT industry
• Communication ability in English or Vietnamese
• Strong negotiation, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Team-oriented but capable of working independently
• Interested in contributing long-term to the Japanese market
• Strong communication skills to gain customer trust

3. Benefits

• Salary: Negotiable according to candidate's ability and experience, 2 months probation with 100% salary, after probation pay insurance according to salary level.
• Commission and various allowances
