We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, build, and deliver enterprise grade solutions using the full Microsoft Power Platform stack. This role goes beyond hands-on development: you will also take technical ownership of a small squad, driving delivery quality, mentoring team members, and serving as the primary technical point of contact with client stakeholders. The ideal candidate has deep expertise across Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse and has experience leading or coordinating a development team in an outsourcing or enterprise environment.

1. Job description

  • Design and develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps for complex business use cases
  • Build Power Automate cloud flows, scheduled flows, approval workflows, and RPA automations with Power Automate Desktop
  • Develop and maintain custom connectors to integrate Power Platform with external REST/OData APIs
  • Create Power Pages (Power Apps Portals) for external-facing web applications when required
  • Choose the right Power Platform component (Canvas vs Model-Driven, standard flow vs RPA, Dataverse vs SharePoint) based on project constraints and client requirements
  • Apply Microsoft CoE (Center of Excellence) guidelines and Power Platform governance best practices
  • Write technical specifications and architecture decision records for internal and client review
  • Manage solution layering and environment strategy across Dev / Test / UAT / Production
  • Lead and mentor a squad of 2–5 Power Platform developers, including task assignment, code reviews, and daily stand-up facilitation
  • Define and enforce coding standards, naming conventions, and solution packaging guidelines for the team
  • Review pull requests and Power Platform solution exports; catch regressions before they reach UAT
  • Support junior developers in debugging complex flow logic, permission issues, and integration failures
  • Report delivery progress, risks, and blockers to the Project Manager and client-side stakeholders
  • Gather, clarify, and document business requirements from client stakeholders in English
  • Translate business needs into Power Platform solution designs with clear scope boundaries
  • Lead demo sessions, sprint reviews, and solution walkthroughs with end users and business owners
  • Participate in presales scoping and estimation activities when required by the business development team
2. Job Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on Power Apps development (Canvas and/or Model-Driven)
  • Strong Power Automate skills: cloud flows, approval flows, scheduled flows, error handling patterns
  • Custom connector development and REST/OData API integration
  • Environment management and ALM using Azure DevOps or GitHub (solution export, import, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Experience leading or mentoring a development team (code reviews, task delegation, delivery ownership)
  • Good English: able to write technical specs and communicate directly with international clients
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem: SharePoint, Teams, Outlook connectors
