We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Partnership Manager to join our team and help build strategic relationships that will support the growth of our portfolio startups and the broader Web3 ecosystem. Role Overview: As a Partnership Manager at EkoLabs, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic partnerships that align with our mission. You will work closely with startups, investors, and ecosystem partners to drive growth opportunities and ensure that our startups have access to the resources, networks, and support they need to thrive. 1. Job description

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with stakeholders, including investors, corporate partners, and Web3 communities.
• Build strong relationships with potential partners to support EkoLabs’ incubator and accelerator startups.
• Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that align with the growth objectives of both EkoLabs and its startups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that partnership strategies complement the overall objectives of the accelerator program.
• Stay up-to-date with Web3 industry trends and SEA market dynamics to identify potential partnership opportunities.
• Attend industry events, networking sessions, and Web3 conferences to represent EkoLabs and foster new relationships.
• Provide support in scaling up our partner network and ecosystem to drive mutual benefits for partners and portfolio companies.

2. Job Requirements

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• **Experience in Web3** (blockchain, decentralized applications, cryptocurrencies) is a plus.
• Proven track record of building and managing partnerships, ideally within tech or startup ecosystems.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strong relationship-building skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• A fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
• Experience working in or with startups, accelerators, or venture capital firms.
• Familiarity with the Southeast Asian startup ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and unlock growth opportunities through strategic partnerships.
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and partnerships simultaneously.

• Salary: Negotiable according to candidate's ability and experience. Performance review twice a year,  based on work performance and company’s performance;
